Sing to make your journey light.
Let us sing now, not in order to enjoy a life of leisure, but in order to lighten your labors. You should sing as wayfarers do – sing, but continue your journey. Do not be lazy, but sing to make your journey more enjoyable. Sing, but keep going.

Welcome!
Ever since I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2007, I've been leading a very nomadic life. As I continue to bounce around the globe, this website has become the most effective way for me to keep in touch with family, friends, and colleagues. 'Home' is becoming an increasingly abstract concept these days. Recently, I've lived in Michigan, Maryland, Washington D.C., and St. Louis--and I just returned in November 2008 from a 15-month volunteer project in Nicaragua.
A very wise mentor once said to me that the joy (and burden) of living in so many places is that you learn to make your 'home' wherever you go--and you are never able to fully leave any single 'home' behind. A piece of you always remains, vitally present, while you simultaneously carry an awareness of all your former 'homes' to each new one.
This website is an attempt to make that awareness more tangible.
My most recent project, The Unforgettable Journey, is a cross-country bicycle trip to benefit the Alzheimer's Association. Starting May 20th, 2009, near Seattle, I'll be riding my bike with friends all the way to Yorktown, Virginia. It will take 3 whole months, and we plan to share music with seniors in nursing homes across the country all along our route. I hope you'll check out our website, and donate generously to our cause.
I try to record a lot of adventures in my Blog, which also offers a place for you, my friends, to post responses. For major announcements/upcoming performances, see the News section. I've also included a page explaining what I did in Nicaragua. Slowly but surely, I'm posting photos of my time in Nicaragua under the Photo Albums page. For business purposes, I've also included my Acting Resume, and I've posted some Audio Clips as well. More than anything, I'm hoping you'll take the time to write me once and a while as I travel, so I'll keep my information up-to-date in the Contact Information section. Lastly, I've included a page of Links on various topics--Theatre, Nicaragua, etc., for your reading pleasure. Thank you for visiting, and please keep in touch!
